Fed up with Telkom

Telkom line and adsl has now been down since 11/12/2017. After multiple calls for 30 days....STILL NO RESPONSE!!! Can you please assist in this matter....because we are sick and tired of Telkom...this is bull****! Ref nr is CTK121217. Thank you Leon
