Fed up with finrite

I just don't understand what kind if insurance is this. When it comes to services they can't provide but when it comes to debiting their money they are the first to do that. I launched a claim in November and they told me that they can't get my documents, then I had to resend them again on the 7th of January. I called them n they told me that they are still processing my claim that I should check after 48 hours. I got a message stating that they got my claim and I should again check after 48 hours. I have been calling ever since till today I can't get through their call center. I am just tired of all this. How does one cancel all this insurance nonsense?
