Fed up with BAD service.

So according to my internet i should have really decent internet, 20+mbps download, 10mbps upload. Yet i have packet loss of 20% but this is weird as i live on a small holding about 20 mins from cbd.. with a booster aerial on roof pointing in correct direction. So please Telkom fix the issue. We also have a tower right by us but they stole the batteries so tower is dead. No adsl line cause they stripped the box.. Please sort this out or you get me new internet at your cost not mine.
