FED UP TELKOM CLIENT

This company is useless. I have taken up a contract with Telkom where I pay R169 for 10GB of data per month. This is a very smooth and affordable deal seeing that I am a student and I require internet daily. However, the internet connection is terribly poor even though the wireless router is so close to me. How is it possible for a 150mbps router on a 4G network to buffer ALL the time while watching lecture videos on Youtube? I am very unhappy with this service. It's just terrible. What's the point of having this router if I have to struggle with the internet connection?
