Fed up telkom!

Telkom is an absolute disgrace. I am fed up. I have been struggling with them for 4 months. Now my line has been suspended. No warning, no reason. They conveniently tell you that you are recorded over phone calls yet can't go back to phone calls when there is a problem. I moved to a new area and had to cancel my Fibre and reapply for adsl since new area does not have Fibre. 2 months later and Fibre is still not canceled. I pay for that every month and I'm not even at the house anymore. New adsl line has been suspended and I don't know why. Telkom claims I owe them thousands but when I go in to the shop it's only a miscalculation. On my way to a lawyer. I will take on the people at that shop in kimberley.
