<p>The time has come for the wrath of Dané to be let loose on social media..<br />Feel free to get some popcorn for this one!</p> <p>Note to self: if you ever move into a new house or building, start the process of getting WiFi at LEAST three months prior to actually moving in. AND make sure YOU ask all service providers' call centre guys EXACTLY how long you are actually going to have to wait, because they won't tell you straight up.. No no no no no, they'll wait for you to be halfway in the WHOLE process, to tell you how ridiculously slow they get things done!</p> <p>The human race has been to the moon, how the hell can this take so long???</p> <p>Some more pointers:</p> <p>If the servers are off (this will happen 90% of the time) do not, I repeat DO NOT let the guy behind the desk process your application "as soon as the servers are back on", he WILL forget, and you will have to go back in to the outlet to go look for your application papers behind his desk. #Telkom #thanksalot Telkom</p> <p>If you happen to be talking to a call centre guy that says he'll talk to his buddie at Telkom to speed up the process, don't believe him. Don't even believe him when he gives you his name, because if you phone back and ask to talk to him, you won't ever be able to get a hold of him! Apparently those guys get to take a break every 40 minutes.. Cause they won't, ever!!!
