FED UP FED UP

<p>Please people please do not use Telkom for anything! We have been waiting for more than 3 weeks (I had to waste one whole day of leave) now for installation of Wifi in our home. Whenever we phone them to ask what is going on you have to hold on for 15 - 20 minutes at a time just for the call centre to tell you that they will sms us with a date and time. We still have not received any form of communication from them!!!!!!! Don't they want the business?????????????????? I am fed up. If it wasn't for the fact that we need the wifi for school related tasks....................................................</p>
