Fed Up

Had a Telkom account for close to 8 years, asked if they could give us a better offer, and they totally closed our account... The problem is that we have been waiting 3 months just to get our deposit back which is compulsory to pay at start up... How do We go about getting our money back... Frustrated is not the word... Plz help...
