Fed up

So telkom has let me down once more

I ordered a Huawei P20 the 20th of September

When the driver went to collect there is no stock

So my question is alot of stores say they have no stock as that phone life span is over I don't know

But I am disappointed at the fact the fact that no one has contacted me to say anything whatsoever

I dont understand what and why
