Fed UP!!!

If there was a minis for after customer care service it would be 0 to - let me start by saying quick to take your deposit but in return have been waiting 6 months after cancelling this service for my back payments and deposit. Call centre just hang up if you point out the facts and they not in the mood to deal with you. Numerous visits to a telkom store end up all the same call the customer care line because they cant resolve issues. They only in a telkom shop to sign new deals.

So yes im fed up with this poor service and being billed for accounts thats cancelled months before.
