FED UP

I am so fad up now.i feel like screaming on top of my lungs!!!! I called telkoms so called call centre,where you can sit for three hours,without anybody answering the phone. Im paying for my line without using it. my phone was off from september to january,fixed at last,but had a horrible sound after couple of weeks. its off now for two months. technichian called me monday,said his coming UNTIL TODAY. WHO ARE THEY FOOLING? I explain to them on numerous occasion thatthe box connecting to my phone is behind somebodies wall. They could come after 4 afternoon or weekends.Now this person is on leave and has been waiting for the so-called technichian/s..... until now. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP PEOPLE TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITIES SERIOUS. IF THERES NO CUSTOMERS OR FAULTS.... WHAT THEN???
