Fed up

In September 2016 I moved house from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit in Limpopo.

I organised a new telephone line and ADSL connection.

The ADSL connection was a downgrade from my Johannesburg configuration in that I only required a 2 mbps connection.

I noticed when I received my monthly bill from Telkom that I was still being charged for 100GB data usage.

I telephoned Telkom and they said that they would adjust my usage limit down to 20GB as requested.

On receipt of my next bil I noticed that I was still being charged for 100 GB data.

I rang Telkom again and they informed me that the usage limit cap had been reduced to 20 GB which would reflect on next month's bill.

And so began an unsatisfactory situation whereby I had to wait a month for each bill just to show that I am still paying of 100 GB usage.

Could someone please investigate this?

It is no fun having to constantly go through the rigmarole of calling the help desk etc.

Also, I am now a retired person, is there a pensioner's discount on offer?
