Telkom (OMART INSURANCE) Worldwide Advisory Services is the worst insurance company in south africa, my phone has been with them for 41 no communication from the their side, I had to do follow ups still no assistance today 21 Jan they told me to pay R4500 for a screen replacement and I have been paying them for more than 2 years.
