Ever since I app**** for Telkom Mobile Contract online. I have been calling so many times & often I don't get through even though being on hold for an hour or I speak to somebody who just says \I don't know"to whatever I want help with. But somehow 2 of the times that I managed to speak to an agent I somehow managed to get Fikile Mkhwa**** & I just want say I appreciate her efforts. I may not have my device yet but she really the only person who makes sure that progress happens. When she says she will follow up on your query"
