Faulty/False advertising

On 22nd of May 2018 I received an email from Telkom informing me that my contract is due for an upgrade. Two of the deals in this email seemed appealing. Upon visiting my local Telkom store at Key West shopping centre, they told me they were offline. The next day upon returning, they told me they cannot give me any of the deals in the said email. How can they send me deals via email which I cannot get???

Good day, Thanks you for your reply, however, I have managed to resolve this issue. It appears that, at Telkom, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, and vice versa. When I phoned 180, they were able to provide me with this deal. It is, however, concerning, and also bad for Telkom's image in the public eye, when the Telkom shop is unable to provide and/or uninformed of the deals the call center 180 are able to provide. Surely, the shop should at least know about it. Anyway, I have renewed my contract as per adverti*****t received by email so all is well. Kind regards, Willem Boshoff.
