FAULTY TELKOM

For a about two weeks now, attempting to report a fault on a landline using the Internet ( Telkom report a fault site ), Telkom responds with " Something went wrong while attempting to log your fault " I have numerous SMS's from Telkom on my mobile to prove the point. My landline is faulty and their fault reporting system is faulty ? What next ?
