Faulty telephone line dead for 6weeks

On the 14th January2019 I reported my telephone line ********** 819 out of order ref 8CTZ140119. On 31/01/19 I phoned again as nothing was done and received an escalation ref # ********** . I phoned again 13/02/19 and 21/02/19 because nobody came to fix my line. I use this phone line for my Hairdressing salon and without a working telephone line I have no business. My phone line to-date is still faulty. I have also approached our DA member and she could not get the job done. I am in great need for this matter to be resolved.
