faulty telephone line

Reported faulty line on 23/10/2017 (ref: ********** 9) up to today no telephone call, smoke signal, fax, email, whatsapp, sms received from them to sort the problem out. Followed it up previously, this morning again!!! Response from technical department is ........someone will phone you, did`nt say when??? Terrible service..........
