faulty tablet
I submited my vassed tablet on the 12.10.2015 to be repaired as it had a battery life problem regarding ref number TRJ010088, on the 18.12.2015 I received an sms saying my device was ready for collection but when I got there my tablet was damaged. I was told I will receive a call within 48hrs about the progress of their investigation but nothing happened.
