faulty phones

<p>i both a phone on the 26/06/2017 P8lite pra lx2(2017) imei ********** ********** 4 bettery was faulty they took it for two weeks from 06/072017 then they gave me a new phone same model imei ********** ********** 8 i collect that phone on the 24/07/2017 but now it also faulty it shows two betterys networks,so it dubplicate those things thay took it again so now ngikhathele mina ukuya kwa Telkom for one thing now i need my money back or they have to give me a better model phone not P8lite ngikhathele iyona also i will like to here from GM of telkom that how can he\she resolve this mater and i have to wait unother two weeks to resorvel my proble</p>
