Faulty phone line for 7 days and still nothing

Reported my phone line was faulty a week ago. No service, no calls, no follow-up whatsoever. Still can't make or receive calls and Telkom clearly do not care enough to even bother and try and fix it.<br> <br> Not sure why I bother with a landline at all TBH. Be glad when wireless broadband means I can ditch these clowns - they do not deserve to be in business
