FAULTY LIT BOX SENT TO ME UNABLE TO GET SWAPPED OUT

Good day i was sent a faulty LIT box as part of my contract and i am getting the run around regarding this device swapped out, did deal online,online sales department told me to take it into nearest branch but branch not assisting in swap out etc please help!!!
