Faulty lines reported not getting repaired.

About 7 weeks ago I reported our phone out of order. After about a week it was repaired. Nearly 2 weeks ago I reported phone lines faulty and nothing is being done to repair it. This happens frequently, about every 6 to 8 weeks there's a fault with the lines. Each time we wait for weeks for it to be repaired. After reporting the fault we get a sms saying it will be repaired within 7 days, this never happens. We live on a farm, about 8km outside Humansdorp and we need the phone repaired as soon as possible when it goes faulty. We have bad cell signal here and cannot always rely on the cellphone. With people continuosly being attacked on farms, we need our phone lines to be in working order. Less than a year ago I reported the same complaint on \Hello Peter"and got a response from Telkom to my complaint. Do i have to do this all the time to get service from Telkom???
