Faulty line problem being ignored

Ticket was logged but the problem is being ignored, Fault 539CTK111217 was logged for the ********** 498 number on 11 December 2017. I again received messages about this being in hand with your technicians on 20/12 (twice) and on 23/12 but nothing since. A technician did come just before Christmas and established the fault is due to water on the lines inside your manholes. Since then there has been no further activity.
