faulty line for a month, won't commit to TAT.

<p>I have reported my fault of the 20th of last Month and when I follow up on it, I get no clear answer of when the line will be fixed. Fault ref number is 106 crk200916. There seems to be no one prepared to take responsibility... should I really wait 2 months...I would rather look for an alternative solution.</p>
