Faulty line

Cannot fix a new lte fixed line... why change from the old system if you do not even have a department that one can contact to log a fault. Telkom you are now officially warned online via this platform that if any patients suffer injury or death due to you not fixing the problem for the last month, you are liable and patients will be given proof that you have not done a thing. Even communicating on Facebook messenger has not helped.
