Faulty line

Ref number 251ctz270116. I live in bougan villea estates. Its been almost a month and telkom has not helped me with my faulty telephone line. The problem just keeps getting escalated. As i live in a estate i often see the technicians and when i ask about my problem they just say they are not here for my problem. This is really poor service on telkoms side!
