Faulty line
I reported a faulty line via their text number on 6 September.I received a reference no on the 7 September(330CRK060915) I have gone on to track what is happening with no further movement and I have not received any further communication . I tried to report the fault again but was informed that it had already been submitted. It is now nine days with no follow-up
