Faulty line- ***- Last reference nr: 36439 17/11/23

Line has been faulty for over 4 weeks, about 4 reference numbers have been logged, 3 technicians have come to our offices and we still have a faulty line. Mothoseng a call centre supervisor said he will escilate the issue and call me back, that was last week and still nothing from Telkom.
