Faulty Landline

<p>On the 7th June 2016 me and my sister made a payment of R1200 towards her phone bill and Telkom promised to come and fix the line, but up till now my sister' s is still not working.</p> <p> Fault:328CRZ070616</p> <p>Service ID: ********** 870</p> <p>Telkom assured me with sms the fault is in their technical repair.
