Faulty iPhone - Still no response

Telkom, it has been TWO weeks and my complaint is being ignored. I have tried to call the call centre but no help, I have complained on various social media platforms and all I have received is a promise that the matter has been escalated. Well now I will escalate it too.

On 6 February I opened a Telkom contract. It took more than a week to activate (thanks for that one) and I thus started using it, along with the phone, on the 15th of February. On the 20th of February my new iPhone 5 S (that I received with the contract) stopped charging. I then drove all the way to the Telkom store for a replacement and was FORCED to book it for repairs. It is AGAINST THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT to force this on me as I CLEARLY requested a replacement, and I am within my rights as the product is not yet 6 months old!!!!!
My complaints have been ignored. You do whatever you want with NO regard for the law and NO worries when it comes to customer service.
I am highly disappointed as I was told by a friend that Telkom Mobile is a good way to go. I want a REPLACEMENT and I want it TODAY. You have had TWO WEEKS to \investigate\" the matter and you haven't even bothered to contact me."
