Faulty internet line used by technicians

I had my internet set up a few months ago and recently it started acting up. I phoned Telkom and was told that the line the technician used was faulty and that they would have to send out a new technician to sort it out. I waited a week and no technician showed up. I then called again and was told that NO COMPLAINT HAD BEEN LOGGED ON THE SYSTEM FOR MY NUMBER!!!! I find this absolutely unacceptable as I need this line for business. Now I understand that that doesn't happen overnight but I have been waiting for about 2 weeks now for someone to come through and I need the internet for my business so this is very inconvenient for me, not to mention that i will probably have to pay for these two weeks of internet even though my internet has not been on and it is due to NO fault of my own. I do not think that it is fair that when you don't pay your account they are quick to phone and phone and cut your line but when the fault is on their side then they take their time to do anything and then you have to pay for the full month of service. I need a technician to come to my residence ASAP and fix this problem as I am losing business yet my account must still be paid.
