faulty cordeless landline

Our home landline hasnt been in service since May 2017 due to cable theft. 23rd November we eventually received our cordless phone. the cordless is not ringing (doesnt have sound). We took it to festival mall to have it checked and we were told that they do not deal with landlines. Called faults and they said theres nothing they can do and they referred us to sales. sales never picks up their phone. took it to Centurion where the device was couriered from and they didnt even let us in told us that the person who fixes them is not in. we are still waiting for the call they promised us. but I'm thinking of taking the phone to vodacom for fixing since Telkom doesnt seem interested. ********** 551
