Faulty billing system messup with accounts

Due to a mess up on my side my account was not deducted for the month of May. Before this my account was in great order.. According to me.. This is wher it also gets weird. I have to accounts but my app gives me one 19 digit number for both

Toget my account back up to date I paid the balance on my two accounts using my 19number reference for the two months. I paid two amounts on 2 days. Which was in my calculation more than the account due.

I waited 3 weeks to be reinstated. Filed caselogs.. Visited the branch. Then to be told I owe telkom 3500 since JANUARY (not sure the full amount. Is was to mad) so my suspension can't be restored.. All my statements and invoices from November show zero balances, just the new month payment brought forward.

I collected two upgrades begging of MAY.. HONOR 50 N a Huawei D14, on 2 contracts... Now how if I was behind would I be able to get upgrades.. No calls or emails or smses or invoices and statements showing I owe them for January.. I get txt every month the amount owed and the debit collected always the full amount.. Some months bit later thn collect date but collected non the less..
