Faulty and incorrect equipment supp****

Terrible products sold. I am a long standing telkom customer. I am really very dissatisfied with the service and products from telkom. The adsl modem provided is the incorrect product supp**** to accomadate vdsl. When I return to the store I am unable to get the right modem. That's just a start . The LIT box does not work . When I get to cresta telkom they take my unit which is less than 2 months old in for repairs I was told the lit units have a guarantee for a year and if it breaks it's replaceable. I am told sorry our policy states the unit must go in for repairs. And I am still waiting. It's taken telkom a month to dispatch a tech and still no technician.

Telkom has gone to being the worst service and product provider.
