Faulty ADSL and phone line
Fault reported 17 Aug 2017, still not resolved Ref: 282CWK080817 Followed up on Friday, response was that cables are faulty. Today I tried to get update from your call centre, 1st call 9min then cut off. 2nd call close to 18 min then cut off.
Please assist.
