Faults get closed without action or notification.

Telkom had an issue in our area on 06/08/2015. I waited until it was resolved. After it was resolved, I could not connect to my service provider. 2 Days later the line was completely dead.

I logged a Fault where nothing was addressed, but got an email 10 days later asking for my line number, the call was then closed without action or notification.

I logged another fault by telephone where the lady just said, they are having another issue in the area and that i would be fixed by 13:00 that afternoon. Still my line was dead.

I phoned in to reopen the fault. The fault was reopened and they said they would recreate the port etc. The line stayed dead. I phoned again and the person talking to me could not give me action points on how they would resolve the fault.

They are too lazy to send a technician to find out why the line is dead.
