Faults closed without fixing them !

Again, I logged faults, references : 183ATK230615 and 181ATK230615. The calls are closed without Telkom contacting me, advising me that they were closed, and off course, without fixing the fault ! I have logged new faults. I request an answer as to how a call gets closed without the fault being attended to ?
