<p>Since 9:40 I've been on the phone to fix my outgoing settings on my mail. No reply, the service is terrible? Your call centre is worse than home affairs. Please train the staff to answer calls and not sit around waiting for their undeserving pay checks. You can phone 081180 / 10210 doesn't matter, staff just dont take the calls just that flipping recording"high call volumes" Does anyone work?????????????</p> <p>If I could I would rate you 0. I have been a customer for 25 yrs, god help me. I am now ready to pull out my hair.</p> <p>WORK SMARTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
