Faults!!!

After calling Telkom Every hour on Friday they still haven't send any one to come fix my fault that i have reported in dec. every time they promise they will call me back on my sell and still no one has called and no one has been here to fix my lines, our business can no longer trade because no calls are received and only one line can dial out. it has now been more then a month since this problem has reported.
