Fault still not resolved at hospital!!!
We logged a fault with Telkom on Saturday morning, reference number 1ANV ********** 8. It is now 3 days later and the issue is still not resolved and this is really causing an inconvenience since we are a busy hospital (Madzikane Ka Zulu Memorial Hospital) that is located on the N2 highway. Doctors are struggling the most since they cannot make calls to other hospitals to discuss or refer patients, and people from outside cannot make calls to our hospital. This is really pathetic service from Telkom.

15 Aug 2018, 10:36It’s now the 15th and this issue which was reported to Telkom on the 4th is still not resolved, when we contact them they keep saying there’s a technician that is enroute.
