Fault reporting on website

My telkom landline ( ********** 004) had intermittent service on 3 November 2016, but we could not use the line and on 4 November 2016 it was not working at all. I reported the fault on 4 November on the Telkom website. The reference number for reporting the fault is 138CTZ041116. On 5 November I received a telephone call on my cellphone advising that the line was being tested and that I would receive another telephone call during the week to assist with resolving the fault. To date I have not received any telephone calls.

On 14 November I emailed the telkom mobile consultant that assists me with my queries regarding my mobile wifi. She said that she could not assist with landline queries. I then emailed her again on 15 November and requested email addresses of the relevant departments so that I could email them. On 15 November I emailed ********** On 16 November I emailed ********** once again requesting a response. On 16 November I received a response from ********** stating that they could not assist and that they have forwarded my email to ********** I did not receive any response from ********** So, once again this morning (18 November) I sent an email to both ********** and ********** in the hope that I get some response. I did not get any response so I decided to now complain about the service.

I would like to bring to the attention of Telkom that I am paying for a service from them. Ihave had no service on my landline from 3 November 2016 and as of today it is 15 days of no service. I request that I be given a credit for all the days I have had no service from Telkom.
