Fault reporting inadequate

Whilst the facility to report a fault online is convenient, the category to complete to describe a fault is inadequate - you cannot move to the next field without selecting one of the possibilites offered - there should be an 'other' category and a box in which to describe it. In order to register a fault I was forced to select a category that did not describe my fault. I was issued with a fault No. but I know unless the details are available the fault is automatically signed off after a cursory check of the line. I decided to phone through the correct information (took me an hour of holding on). I got a call this morning from a Telkom employee, to whom I described the fault again. I have now received an SMS saying the line has been checked and found OK, reply with @F if still faulty. This I did, but it would be much easier if the fault could be accurately described at the time of the initial complaint. I hope some capable person will come to my house and repair the fault.
