Fault Reporting
<p>I had to report a fault with my telephone and ADSL service today. I was really impressed by the courteous, professional and friendly service I received. There were no excuses, fumbling or searching for a response to my queries. Thank-you Telkom for resolving my issues in such a positive way.</p>
