Fault reporting
I submitted a fault report online on 16 May 2015. Apart from a generic message saying \Telkom will endeavour to resolve this problem within 14 days. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please do not reply to this SMS. "I have had no further communication from them since.<br> How long does it take to repair a faulty phone line? 14 days??????<br> This line is used by an 84 year old who - especially in an emergency - needs to communicate with the outside world.<br> Please can we have this fault repaired."""
