Fault reported

<p>I reported my line faulty numerous times and not once did a tech phoned me or come to my house - but they keep writing the fault off.</p> <p>one comment was that my line is fine and that it's a distance issue - and I should downgrade from 2meg to one meg- really - my neighbor is running 4meg; the person across the road is running 4meg - but I must downgrade.</p> <p>if only they would come to the house they will listen that the line is as noisy as can be- but they don't come out to the house. This happens more often when it's raining....</p>
