Fault reported 25Dec15 still not attended to

Wifi has been down since the week of Christmas, i reported fault on Christmas Day 25Dec 2015, we have called Telkom several times after it was reported, we even have an escalation number but still nothing has been done. I have just called again and apparently the technician was suppose to come today but he cannot make it due to word load being too much????<br> <br> Emails are down and work is done from this line.<br> <br> Kindly explain why we have to wait for so long, this is a service and we pay for.<br> <br> I am just so frustrated :-(
