Fault repairs can not give me an estimate of how long my internet will be down

<p>Faulty line needs to be repaired they told be they would come on monday then on wednesday I phoned to follow up but then they said that they can say if it will be a day, a week, a month or a year!!! What??? can somebody please recommend another line rental provider?</p>
