FAULT REMAINS OVER 1MONTH LATER
I reported a fault in January and Telkom closed it as complete without even doing anything. I had to report it again and it still remains un resolved. PATHETHIC SERVICE. What am I paying you for if I do not have the service???? Fault number 54CTK030218.
