FAULT REF 692CRK100216

On Thursday 2nd Feb 2016 a technician was working on the telkom pole in front of my house. As she left my line went down and has not been working since then. Then I received a sms to say my line was restored. Ha what a joke. Once again I tried to log a fault and was given the same ref number. Today I went to their Factoria technical depot that is about 1,5 km from my house only to be told there is nobody at the depot. The security guard tried to help me by phoning and was told that after 2pm a technician will be here. I run my business from home and is losing business!!!! This is not acceptable.
